Charlemagne – Pt 4

Worked on Charlemagne’s undershirt today. Wanted a light cream color, not a stark white so picked a few colors and simply when with what I felt as I progressed.

Only ended up using 5: Citadel Mournfange Brown, Vallejo Khaki, Citadel Ushanti Bone, Pro Acryl Ivory, and Citadel White Scar. I still need to work on getting my phone’s camera to be consistent as the software wants to compensate on it’s own and the lighting is slightly different in each shot so the camera autoadjustment changes each time. I tried to color correct best I could but wasn’t gling to spend hours on it either. It is what it is.

Here was my progression for the shirt.

And here’s the final paint with a highlight of Ivory + White Scar. I didn’t want to all the way up to white as that would make it look stark and take a way from some of the warmth I’m looking for in the off-white shirt.
