Nitty Gritty Skyshield Landing Pad
From nice and shiny new landing pad to something with little age and wear – something used!
Spent a little free time weathering the skypad over the last week or so. Started with a sponge treatment for the chipped paint, airbrushed on a layer of badab black and devlin mud. This was followed by re-drybrush of the rotting flesh to bring back the highlights and details back in the areas where the paint wasn’t chipped, then a fine brush treatment of the metal edges and larger paint chips down to the metal.
I think I just need to retouch the skulls a little (the badab really muted them) and then the landing lights – which is almost as many as the skulls!
Later!
