Slow progressd on the stormboyz, but progress none the less. I decided since I was using these to waste time until we move into the new house (which we got – probably another 30+ days before move in) I was going to use these to test and push myself. I want to try using a totally NNM technique – no metallic paints. We’ll see how it goes.
The only thing I got done this week was the boots. As with all of the new ork models, the details are incredible and finely done. Since it’s hard to shoot these due to angle and lighting, I’ll just post a few of them…
And I picked up a little bit of usefulness at the local thrift store today…
It’s a bit larger than the Forgeworld Gargantuan Squiggoth but I’m going to make this guy work. Much cheaper!!!
