Battlewagon Update! Yay!

I finally painted the reinforced ram for the BW today. I wanted the “interior” of the “mout\” area to somewhat disappear so the “teeth” stand out more. I achieved this by shading the inside with a wash (well, two washes) of Badab Black mixed with Chaos Black paint. This darkens it enough and still lets enough of the “metal” look through from the backing plate – the photos don’t show it well and looks much darker than reality.

I’m not sure how I want to run this in the upcoming tournament yet – I’ve got three weeks to test it out and decide.

Here’s the “beauty” shot to compare with the codex version. not too shabby. (I was going to post a pic from the codex, but I think that might get me in trouble – google it if you need a refresher and too lazy to pull out the codex)
